Is the entry form to Turkey mandatory for all travelers?
The form is not required for transit passengers. As for travelers who intend to enter Turkey, it is mandatory, according to the Ministry of Health website. However, the form you will fill out may be verified at the borders of the Republic of Turkey whether you have filled out this form or not.
If you do not complete the form or make misleading statements, you may face legal and administrative penalties. Furthermore, you may not be allowed to enter Turkey (if you are not a Turkish citizen or do not have a valid residence permit).

Travelers to Turkey must fill out the Turkey entry form on the website of the Turkish Ministry of Health at the following link:
The form available in several languages including English, French, Arabic and Turkish. After completing the form, a HES code (for tracking the epidemiological situation) will be automatically generated for travelers, according to the information provided through the form.
This is so that the concerned authorities can contact the arrivals in the event of any contact with an infected person with the Corona virus during their travel and residence.
This code will also allow entry to Turkish public and private facilities and attractions such as museums, malls, and others.

- In the [Last Visited Countries in Past 10 Days] section, add the countries you visited in the last 10 days.
- After completion, click on the [Forward] button.
- You will be asked to confirm that your information is correct before submitting the form and placing the order.
- Then click the [Save] button.
